Ein festes Schema habe sie dabei zwar nicht, aber sie lege Wert darauf, dass der Kandidat sich natürlich und authentisch präsentiere. Außerdem achte sie auf eine Ausgewogenheit bei Berufsgruppen und Geschlecht: In Derendorf sind derzeit nur 30 Prozent der WG-Bewohner weiblich. Es dürften aber mehr sein.
